All agreements are contingent upon utilising the rates provided by us, which are structured to ensure the most competitive pricing.
The booking process will commence upon receipt of 50% of the invoice value. The remaining balance is due no later than 30 days before the start of the tour.
Itinerary Changes: Requests for modifications to the pre-arranged itinerary must be submitted in writing at least 45 days before the scheduled start of the tour.
Note: Approval of such changes are subject to our discretion and the availability of agreements with the requested locations.
Bank Fees: Clients are responsible for any bank fees or charges incurred during payment transfers.
Additional Fees: No additional fees or hidden charges will apply for postage or booking services.
Cancellation Policy: A cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the total invoice value will be applied to cancellations made 45 days up to 14 days before the scheduled tour date begins.
A cancellation fee equivalent to 100% of the total invoice value will be applied to cancellations made 14 days before the scheduled tour date begins.
Conduct and Liability: In the event your behaviour poses a threat to safety, is persistently disruptive, offensive or causes damage, we reserve the right to terminate your holiday without compensation. This measure is in place to protect the safety and well-being of other travellers. Additionally, you may be found liable for any damages resulting from willful misconduct.
Complaints Procedure: Any complaints must be reported immediately to the relevant service provider (e.g., hotel manager) or, if available, to our local representative. If the issue is not resolved to your satisfaction, you must notify My Vacation at Lanka within 24 hrs by contacting our hotline or by email. We will make every effort to achieve an amicable resolution.
