Sri Lanka: A Journey Through Luxury and Heritage

One of the best tours available is the 5-night, 6-day luxury circuit that journeys to Pinnawala, the largest elephant orphanage in the world, Sigiriya Rock Fortress, the ancient city of Polonnaruwa, the irrigation wonder, and some of history’s most intriguing locations, including the Dambulla Cave Temple and the spice garden in Matale. The journey continues through the renowned Peradeniya Botanical Gardens, a stop at the Giragama tea plantation, and then to the chilly climate of Nuwara Eliya. To complete the tour, you will spend time at a beautiful hotel along the shore, relaxing on a sun-kissed golden beach.

Start Exploring

Day 1

Arrival in Pinnawala and Dambulla

Upon arrival at Bandaranaike International Airport, you will be greeted by your personal guide and transferred to Pinnawala to visit the famous Elephant Orphanage, where you’ll witness elephants being cared for in their natural habitat. Afterward, proceed to Dambulla to explore the stunning Dambulla Cave Temple, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Enjoy dinner and an overnight stay at your luxury hotel in Dambulla.
After breakfast, visit the iconic Sigiriya Rock Fortress, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, where you can climb the ancient rock and admire the breathtaking views. Continue to the ancient city of Polonnaruwa, renowned for its well-preserved ruins of palaces, monasteries, and irrigation systems. After a day of cultural exploration, return to your hotel in Dambulla for dinner and an overnight stay.

Day 2

Dambulla, Matale, and Kandy

Begin the day with breakfast at the hotel before visiting the Spice Garden in Matale, where you'll learn about Sri Lanka’s famous spices. Afterward, proceed to Kandy to explore the Temple of the Sacred Tooth Relic, one of Sri Lanka's most revered Buddhist sites. In the evening, enjoy dinner and an overnight stay at your luxury hotel in Kandy.
After breakfast, head to the beautiful Peradeniya Botanical Gardens, home to a vast collection of orchids and tropical plants. Then, continue to Giragama to visit a tea plantation and learn about Sri Lanka’s famous Ceylon tea. Finally, arrive in Nuwara Eliya, known for its cool climate and colonial charm. Enjoy dinner and an overnight stay at your hotel in Nuwara Eliya.

Day 4

Kandy, Peradeniya, and Nuwara Eliya

Transfer to Beach Hotel

After breakfast, depart from Nuwara Eliya and make your way to a luxurious beach hotel along Sri Lanka’s sun-kissed coast. Spend the day at leisure, relaxing on the golden beaches or enjoying the facilities of your beach resort. Dinner and overnight stay at the beach hotel.
After a leisurely breakfast, transfer from the beach hotel to the airport for your departure flight, taking with you unforgettable memories of Sri Lanka’s luxury and cultural wonders.
